Linkway® Travel - The Package
Linkway® Travel is available under two different deployment methodologies. You can choose to purchase or lease the software under a standard Licence-to-Use contract. You can choose to install and run the software on your existing computer equipment, if appropriate, or on new equipment from any supplier of your choice.
Linkway® Travel - Software As a Service (SAS)
Pay only for what you use is the amazing philosophy behind the SAS offer. Totally hosted by CSL, you pay for as much, or as little, of the solution that you use. No risk, no requirement to create your own complicated IT infrastructure, just a simple connection from you to us and the rest is easy. Travel Industry computer systems will never be this easy again.
To implement the Linkway® Travel SAS solution all you need to do is sign up to the CSL Service Plan. CSL engineers will survey your corporate IT infrastructure and design a computer network best suited to meet the needs of your business. Our technical services department will organise for your unique and secure Linkway® Travel application to be made available to you through the wonders of the worldwide web.
Implementation
Implementation of your new system will be a well-managed and painless exercise where dedicated and experienced CSL personnel will ensure that your business is suitably prepared for the positive impact that Linkway® Travel will have on your business, your staff and your customers. A variety of implementation packages are available dependant upon your needs.
Training
Dedicated Linkway® Travel professionals will then ensure that you receive the very best in training to ensure that you are fully conversant in all operational aspects of the system and versed in the many self-help facilities provided by CSL in the tailored support package that you have selected.
Support
Linkway® Travel systems support is delivered direct from the CSL Data Centre. Support is available via the Internet, where Linkway® Travel has its own support web site; by telephone from an experienced support team that can manage your support requirements to a conclusion; or through a personalised support plan (PSP). The PSP will include business development analysis, a Teach-the-Trainer programme, inclusive re-training and replacement training, and automatic membership of the Linkway® Travel User Group.
Linkway® Travel WebStart
To take advantage of the new wave of technological infrastructure available through use of the Internet, CSL can offer you a fully managed Internet service at a fixed cost, to ensure that you are not subjected to the major fluctuating costs associated with connection to the Internet. CSL's Linkway® Travel WebStart Service is designed to work through the infrastructure needs of your operation and to provide you with a level of connectivity at a cost appropriate to the volume of Internet traffic that you will require.
